: Yes! You are certainly welcome/highly encouraged to participate in those forums. The way it works is that only compuhigh elders may post a new message in the legends forum, but anyone can respond. The idea is that Elders will tell their stories and everyone can discuss them/ask questions about them.
: The P & R forum is completely open to everyone, you can start new threads no matter who you are.

: Yes, those forums require that you register before you can participate, but it's free and I promise not to send out spam or anything like that.
